- Planning Permission - is not normally required. Subject to some limits and conditions which can be found here. However, you may need approval under building regulations - we can help you with both.
- Head height and maximising space - we will work with you to design a loft conversion which yields the maximum cubic area whilst keeping within the guidelines set out by your Kent County Council.
- Plumbing/heating - bathrooms, showers and toilets installed in your loft space. We can also extend your central heating system.
